Ingredients

 1 kg Baraka Foods' Alexandrian Beef Liver/Kebda (Or Beef Hearts) Mix.
Buy it now
 ¼ cup Vegetable oil

 

Directions

Bring up the Baraka Foods Alexandrian Kebda/Beef Liver Mix into room temperature

Prepare a large pan and heat up the vegetable oil

Once the oil is heated, add the mix of beef liver into the heated oil

(Optional) You may add chopped bell pepper and/or a hot-spicy pepper (Jalapeno)

Stir it for around 10 minutes or until it's brown and fully cooked. Serve with warm rice or pita bread.
